Here are the words to the poem I wrote.
Twas the night before moving day
and all through the house,
not a creature was stiring, not even Mickey Mouse,
Brenda on Facebook, and John surfing the net,
While visions of bubble wrap and boxes danced in their heads
Fiona with her knitting and Patrick with Tiger,
All under one roof for the very last time,
after spending 10 yrs in this house,
it is time to open another chapter in our lives.
